Notarization :    $10.00 per notarized signature

Travel fee:        $25.00 (within 30 miles)

Loan Signings

1 loan, 1 set of docs:    $100.00*
2 loans, 2 sets of docs: $125.00*

*Fees include travel and printing.  Discounts available for repeat customers.

All services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with scheduled appointment.  Appointments after 7pm and immediate requests may be subject to an additional charge.

 

Please Note:

If appointment is confirmed, documents are printed after confirmation, borrower/customer does not cancel or reschedule appointment at least 4 hours in advance and is a no show or no sign, a $50 fee will be charged.  If notarized documents are rejected due to notary error, corrections are completed at no charge.
